I have dedicated the last 30 years to fitness and wellness. Using my knowledge and skills as a Doctor of Chiropractic and a professional personal trainer, I can teach others how to improve their lives by using; natural meal planning, goal specific functionally safe exercise training, and most importantly, integrating muscle rebalancing protocols used by the National Academy of Sports Medicine for pre-habilitation of professional athletes, as well as the average fitness enthusiast.
When I was younger in my fitness journey in my teens and twenties, I was more concerned with my aesthetics and external symmetry of my physique. As a young martial artist, I always knew the balance of the human frame was important. After 10 years of practice and competition and several injuries later, the focus on prevention and core strength led me to pursue the studies that ultimately led me to becoming a Chiropractic Physician. In my 30’s, after graduating, I worked as an associate doctor in several practices. After treating hundreds of cases, I started seeing a pattern in patients who regularly exercised; get better results, were more aware of their body’s, and would actually follow through with their rehabilitation. In frustration of not knowing which training programs were actually helping and which were hurting, I decided to use my knowledge and skills to bring patients and clients back to balance utilizing science, proven core strengthening protocols, and incorporating more functional resistance and movement training into all workouts. Resulting in exercise plans that protected the body from injury.

Scott Hernandez is a extraordinary trainer , in less than one year my body has been transformed. Considering that I have two bad knees and neck issues that is a huge accomplishment.
